| Description: | Enzyme peptidolytic activities were measured using a fluorogenic reporter group, 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (AMC). Released AMC was measured at an emission wavelength of 460 nm on a Wallac 1420 Multilabel Counter excited at 355 nm using a continuous source. The data were fit to a dose-response one-site model using a nonlinear least-squares algorithm to determine the IC50 and Hill coefficient. |
