| Description: | The kinase activity was assayed by the autophosphorylation reaction of ALK5 (T204D) in the presence of 4 uM ATP and [33P]-gamma-ATP. After incubation, phosphorylated receptors were captured and scintillation counted. EC50 values were obtained from luciferase reporter assay in Mv1Lu p3TP-Lux stable transfectants. |
