| Description: | Kinase assays were performed in 384 well Optiplates (Packard) using an Alphascreen Protein Tyrosine Kinase kit. Inhibitors were added to the mixtures containing affinity purified CSF1-R and biotinylated substrate thirty minutes prior to the addition of ATP. After incubation, Alphascreen phosphotyrosine acceptor beads followed by streptavidin donor beads were added under subdued light. The Alphascreen plates were read on a Packard Fusion Alpha. |
