| Description: | Diluted compounds and activated GST-MK2 were incubated in neutravidin coated plates (Pierce) in reaction buffer containing biotinylated GST-LSP1 and ATP. The plates were washed, and diluted Eu-chelated anti-phospho-LSP1 IgG1 antibody was added to the plates. After incubation, the plate was washed prior to the addition of DELFIA enhancement solution, and read after 15 min at ex = 360 nm and em = 620 nm. |
