| Description: | PLD enzymes (50 nM) were reconstituted with phospholipid vesicle substrates. All assays were performed at 37 C with agitation for 30 min. Reactions were stopped by the addition of trichloroacetiacid and boovine serum albumin. Inhibitors (0.1 nM - 0.1 mM concentration) were added. Serial dilutions were made from a small initial volume of inhibitor 0.1 mM stock in 5% DMSO. |
