| Description: | Compounds were prepared in 100% DMSO from 10 to 0.156 mM and/or from 5 to 0.078 mM. The P6 substrate concentrations were 5, 65, and 150 µM for KSHV, EBV and HCMV proteases, respectively. The final enzyme concentration was 1 µM in assay buffer, containing 25 mM potassium phosphate (pH 8.0), 150 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA and 1 mM dithiothreitol, with a final DMSO concentration of 2%. |
