| Description: | Binding experiments were conducted in 96-well microplates in a total volume of 250 μL of buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA). Reaction mix included 50 μL solution of test compound, 50 μL of [3H]-8-OH-DPAT, and 150 μL of diluted membranes or the tissue suspension. Incubation condition: 60 min at 27 °C. |
