| Description: | The hNav1.7 expressing HEK-293 cells are plated on 35 mm culture dishes pre-coated with poly-D-lysine in standard DMEM culture media (Mediatech, Inc., Herndon, Va.) and incubated in a 5% CO2 incubator at 37° C. Cultured cells are used approximately 12-48 h after plating. |
