| Description: | Erythrocyte suspension (100 µL) was added to each well of a 96-well microplate to which test compounds were added. After 15 min incubation, 20 µL of the erythrocyte suspension was added to each well of a 96-well plate containing 180 µL PBS containing 1% DMSO, followed by vigorous mixing. The absorbance was measured at 710 nm. |
