| Description: | 40 無 of a solution containing 350-500 然 of CPR005231 (compound 6) were titrated into the 200 無 sample cell containing 25-55 然 DAPK1 (AA 1-285) or 40 無 of DAPK1 (AA 1-285) 250 然 were titrated into the 200 無 sample cell containing 16 然 of compound 6. The buffer used contained 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 Mm NaCl, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mM 2-mercaptomethanol. In each experiment, a volume of 1-2 無 of ligand was added at a time resulting in 20-40 injections and a final molar ratio between 1:1 and 1:3. |
