| Description: | Materials: Recombinant human KLK14, Substrate S-2302 (Chromogenics, cat. no. 820340). KLK14 activity was determined at 37° C. in 0.1 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.15 M NaCl, with final concentrations of 0.26 ug/ml (9.4 nM) of KLK14, 0.75 mM substrate, 5% DMSO, in the presence of 0 uM, 0.1 uM, 1.0 uM and 10 uM of inhibitor, in 96 well plates by measuring absorbance at 405 nm in a plate reader (Spectramax). |
