| Description: | The amount of a ligand immobilized on a sensor chip was adjusted within the range of 1608 RU to 8042 RU, so as to suppress mass transport limitation. As analytes, biocytin and Compound 29 (the structure thereof is shown below) synthesized in Example 1 were used. It is to be noted that biocytin is a main existence form of biotin. With regard to the concentrations of the analytes, in the case of biocytin, eight 2-fold dilution series were prepared from 1 μM, and in the case of Compound 29, twelve 2-fold dilution series were prepared from 16 μM. The measurement was carried out at a flow rate of 30 μl/min, for a contact time of 120 seconds, and for a dissociation time of 600 seconds. For the analysis of the data, sensorgrams for all concentrations were incorporated into analysis software, the equilibrium value analysis was then carried out, and the dissociation constant KD was then calculated. |
