| Description: | The primary screen and evaluation of the compounds was conducted using an ATP-depletion assay. Recombinant human Pim kinase was incubated with S6 kinase/Rsk-2 peptide 2 in the presence 100 uM of compounds from the screening library (DIVERSet collection of the ChemBridge Corporation). The Kinase-Glo luciferase kit (Promega) was used to measure residual ATP levels after the kinase reaction. |
