| Description: | Binding assays were performed in a total volume of 250 uL, containing radioligand, membranes and test compounds. Following 60 (A2B, A3) or 90 (A1, A2A) min incubation at 21 deg C, assays were terminated by rapid filtration with GF/B using a Canberra Packard filtermate 196. The radioactivity was assessed using a Canberra Packard TopCount microplate scintillation counter. |
