| Description: | The assay was performed with nine compound concentrations that ranged from 3 nM to 19.5 µM with PvdQ concentration of 20 nM. The positive control, isopropyl dodecylfluorophosphonate (IDFP), was added in 24 selective wells to a final concentration of 200 µM. The assay plates were initially read at time = 0 and then incubated for 60 min at RT. The plates were read again at time = 60 min. |
