| Description: | The kinase activity is the enzyme activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from [gamma-32P] ATP to the poly (E: Y) substrate. Nonspecific activity was defined as radioactivity retained on the filters following incubation of samples without enzyme. Specific activity was determined as total activity minus nonspecific activity. The concentration of compound that inhibited specific enzymatic activity by 50%(IC50) was determined graphically. |
