| Description: | Human PKK (1.78 nM or 0.025 U/mL; Enzyme Research Laboratories) was incubated at 24° C. with 0.25 mM fluorogenic substrate H-Pro-Phe-Arg-AMC (11295 from Bachem) and various concentrations of the test compound in assay buffer. Measurements were performed in a kinetic interval every 2nd minute for 16 min using a Spectramax M5 (Molecular Devices) with the following settings of the wavelength excitation of 350 nm and wavelength emission of 450 nm. Ki values for compounds according to the invention are shown in the following table |
