| Description: | Binding to PDEδ was validated and quantified by means of a displacement assay employing a fluorescent-tagged analog of the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor Atorvastatin (Lipitor ) which has previously been shown to also bind to PDEδ. The KD values were determined by the Fluorescence polarization competition binding assay previously developed by the inventors (Nature 2013, 497, 638). |
