| Description: | Assay protocol is identical to that described for the MT-4 antiviral assay with the following changes: Each drug is run in 2 series of quadruplicates with different starting concentrations for each series and 19 1.5 fold dilutions performed across the plate. This results in an inhibition curve with 40 data points for each compound. Data is analyzed and Hill coefficients determined in Graph Pad Prism (San Diego, Calif.). |
