| Description: | Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) measurements were performed at 25 °C using an iTC200 calorimeter (MicroCal). Preparations of purified protein were dialyzed against buffer containing 50 mM NaCl and 50mM Tris, pH 7.5, overnight at 4 °C. The concentration of PA4794 used ranged from 55 to 456 uM, and the final concentrations of ligands used exceeded the protein concentration by a factor of 1.5 to 3. |
