The new files are: BindingDB_Assays_202512_tsv.zip: Mapping of Entry ID + Assay ID to plain text description of each Assay BindingDB_rsid_eaids_202512_tsv.zip: Mapping of BindingDB reaction set IDs (first column of each tsv file) to Entry ID concatenated with Assay ID (EntryID_AssayID) Because plain text descriptions of Assays are bulky and repetitive, they are not included in each row of the main tsv files. Instead, one may use BDB_rsid_eaids.txt to go from the Rreaction Set ID in each row of a main tsv file to the corresponding Entry ID and Assay ID, then refer to BDB_Assays.tsv to go from Entry ID + Assay ID to plain text descriptions of the Assays.
