| Description: | To a cultured CHO cell strain which stably expresses hERG was added each test compound to adjust the final concentration of DMSO to 0.0135 to 0.5%. The hERG current was measured with QPatch HT (Sophion Inc.), and the concentration at which 50% of the hERG current was inhibited by each test compound (IC50 value; μM) was calculated. |
