| Description: | Affinity for the human adenosine receptor sub-types (A2a, A2b, A1 and A3) was determined by SPR as described in Aristotelous, T., et al, Methods in Enzymology (2015), Volume 556, Chapter 23, pages 499-525 and Congreve, M., et al, J Med Chem (2012), Vol. 55, pages 1898-1903. The method used was analogous to the method used in Congreve, M., et al (see supplementary page S10) for the A2a receptor, but the wild type receptor was used rather than the proprietary StaR form. |
