| | The Inhibitory Effect of the Compound on the Activity of Human Liver Microsomal Cytochrome P450 Isoenzymes (CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP3A4) |
| Description: | The object of this study was to evaluate the effect of Example 4 on the activities of five isoenzymes (CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP3A4) of human liver microsomal cytochrome P450 (CYP) using an in vitro test system. The specific probe substrates of CYP450 isozymes were incubated with human liver microsomes and different concentrations of Example 4, and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) was added to initiate the reaction. After the reaction was completed, the samples were treated, and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was used to detect the metabolites produced by specific substrates. |
