| Description: | After the compound serially diluted with DMSO and a Src recombinant protein were incubated at room temperature for 10 min, the reaction was initiated by the addition of a biotin-labeled TK substrate and ATP. After the mixture was left to stand at room temperature for 40 min Sa-XL 665 and a Cryptate-labeled antibody were added. The fluorescence values at 615 nm and 665 nm were measured, and the ratio of 665 nm to 615 nm was calculated. |
