| Description: | The NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitory activity of test compounds were evaluated on the basis of the inhibitory activity of the IL-1β production in THP1-Null cells (Product Number: thp-null, InvivoGen). Cells were maintained for culture in RPMI-1640 media containing 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum, 25 mmol/L HEPES, 100 U/mL penicillin, 100 μg/mL streptomycin, 100 μg/mL normocin, and 200 μg/mL hygromycin B (set at 37° C., 5% CO2/95% air). |
