| Description: | Kinase activities were assayed in buffers containing substrate, enzyme, and inhibitor at 30°C in the presence of 15 uM ATP/[gamma-32P] ATP. 32P incorporation was measured with a scintillation counter. The IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of kinase activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from 32P labeled ATP to the substrate. |
