| Description: | TYK2 (h) was incubated with 8 mM MOPS pH 7.0, 0.2 mM EDTA, 250 μM GGMEDIYFEFMGGKKK, 10 mM magnesium acetate and [γ-33P]-ATP (activity and concentration as required) together. Mg/ATP mixture was added to start the reaction. After incubation at room temperature for 40 minutes, 0.5% phosphoric acid was added to stop the reaction. Then 10 μL of the reactant point was placed on the P30 filter pad, washed three times with 0.425% phosphoric acid and once with methanol within 4 minutes, dried and counted by scintillation. |
