| Description: | A fluorescence polarization anisotropy (FPA) competition assay was used to determine the affinities of compounds to BIR3 protein. Fluorescence polarization measurements were carried out on an Analyst 96-well plate reader. 6-Carboxyfluorescein (FAM) labeled peptides with the sequences AVPIAQK (FAM)-NH2 was used as a probe. Dissociation constants were determined from titration curves with in-house written software. |
