| Description: | The enzyme activity was assayed by using an ATP regenerative NADH consuming system. The reaction was started with adding ATP to the mixture containing enzyme, substrate, and inhibitor. The decrease of NADH was time-dependent, and was measured at 340 nm with three independent measurements per data point. IC50 values were calculated using SigmaPlot 8.0 and Origin 5 software. |
