| Description: | CDK2/cyclin A activity was determined using a radiometric assay to measure the incorporation of gamma-phosphate from [gamma-33P]-ATP into histone H1. After the reaction, phosphorylated histone H1 was separated from excess ATP. Incorporated radioactivity was counted using Packard TopCount. IC50 values were determined using a sigmoidal dose response equation from Prism GraphPad Software. |
