| Description: | Ki values were determined with recombinant single-chain dimeric HIV protease and a fluorescent substrate. The use of single-chain dimeric protease allows the enzyme concentrations as low as 0.0625 nM to be used. Reaction products were separated by HPLC and anion-exchange column, and the product was quantified by fluorescence. |
