| Description: | Competitive binding displacement analysis was performed with membranes prepared from CHO-K1 cells stably expressing receptors. After incubation, samples were collected on GF/B glass-fiber, washed, and counted for radioactivity. IC50 values were obtained by fitting the competition binding curves according to a 4-parameter logistic model. Inhibition constants Ki were derived from the Cheng-Prusoff equation. |
