| Description: | Using ONE-Glo Luciferase Assay System (Promega Corporation, No. E6110), the luciferase activity of the cells in the wells was measured by a microplate reader (Synergy H1, BioTek Instruments, Inc.) An IC50 value was calculated from the luminescence intensity of each compound concentration, supposing that the luminescence intensity of a group with no addition of the compound and with Wnt-3a stimulation was 100%, and that the luminescence intensity of a group with no addition of the compound and with no Wnt-3a stimulation was 0%. |
