| Description: | The fluorescence polarization assays were performed at 298 K following a protocol modified from previously reported protocol [Zhuo et al., Mol. Biosyst., 12:2532-2540]. Synthetic peptides were labeled with fluorescein. Titrations were conducted by monitoring polarization as a function of increasing amounts of the proteins of TnC N-terminal domain added to 20 nM fluorescein-peptides in a buffer 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.1% Tween 20, 200 mM NaCl and 15 mM DTT. |
