| Description: | Compounds were screened at a final assay concentration of 1 μM and a final DMSO concentration was 1%. To achieve this, compounds were diluted in DMSO from 10 mM stocks to 100 μM (100×final assay concentration) then diluted 1:100 in running buffer which contained no DMSO to establish a final assay concentration of compound of 1 μM and a final DMSO concentration of 1% [DMSO].Compounds and DMSO were mixed by plate shaking at 1000 rpm for 60 seconds using a Bioshake instrument. |
