| Description: | The crystal structure of soybean lipoxygenase-1 (PDB code: 3PZW), was used in our docking experiments. The 3D structure of 3PZW was reported by Chruszcz et al. [Chruszcz et al., Biophys. J., 95(1):1-9] using X-ray diffraction technique with a resolution of 1.45 . The docking of ligands to the catalytic site of soybean lipoxygenase was performed using AutoDock 4.0 software (http://autodock.scripps.edu/). |
