| Description: | 0.22 ng/μl of BCL-2 (SinoBiological, #10195-H08E1), 5 μL of 1:100 anti-His Tb-labeled donor, 5 μL of 1:100 Dye-labeled acceptor, 5 μL of 1:40 BCL-2 Peptide Ligand (BPS Bioscience, #50223), and 2 μL of 200× test compound, with 60 min incubation time (final concentration of DMSO 0.5%). The results of the assay were read using a plate reader with the following parameters: TR FRET, 340ex/620 and 665em; 60 usec Delay; and 500 usec integration. |
