| Description: | According to the experimental data in Table 2-2, in this test, the 50% inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of the test compounds on CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 are all higher than 10 μM. As such, the compound of the present invention has no significant inhibitory effect on CYP1A2, CYP2D6 and CYP3A4, and thus has no safety issue caused by metabolism interactions among different drugs due to inhibition of the enzymes. |
