| Description: | Determination of amidolytic activity was performed as described previously [Okada et al., Chem. Pharm. Bull., 36:1289-1297]. Detailed description of the method is given below. To 0.2 cm3 of examined compound (1−11; 0.15 M NaCl as control), buffer, and 0.1 cm^3 of enzyme solution was added: tris buffer−0.5 cm^3 (pH = 7.4); enzyme: plasmin (0.4 unit/cm^3); synthetic substrate: S-2251 (0.2 cm^3, 3 mM/dm^3). |
