| Description: | PARP6: Recombinant full length GST tagged PARP6 protein was diluted to 160 nM with 50 mM Tris pH 8, 0.001% Triton X100, 10 mM MgCl2, 150 mM NaCl and incubated for four hours with an equivalent volume of 6 nM fluorescent probe diluted with 50 mM Tris pH 8, 0.001% Triton X100, 10 mM MgCl2, 150 mM NaCl. The final DMSO concentration of the probe was kept below 1% (v/v). |
