The Vivid™ CYP450 screening kit includes a Vivid™ substrate, Vivid™ fluorescence standard, reaction buffer, Vivid™ regeneration system, NADP+ and CYP450 BACULOSOMES™ Plus reagent. Operations were performed following the instructions, and a blank control group was set up without adding any compounds. |
